DEADLINE FOR FILING
ANNUAL STAMP TAX & INCOME TAX RETURN
In accordance with Section 65 of the Income Tax Act 36 of 1994, the public is hereby reminded that the deadline for filing Annual Income Tax Return (If your fiscal year ended 31st December 2008) is 31st March 2009.
Additionally, Section 6 of the Annual Stamp Tax Act 36 of 1992, states that Annual Stamp Tax Return for 2009 is also due on the 31st March 2009.
Every person who operates a business, trade or profession is reminded of their obligation under the Acts.
