The public is hereby advised that the issuance of demand notices for property tax have been delayed due to administrative reasons and property owners can expect their bills to be issued by April 1st 2010. Individuals wishing to make payments without their bills can contact the Inland Revenue Division to do so.

The Inland Revenue Division would like to apologize for the inconveniences cause as a result of this delay and also remind property owners that in accordance to section 40 of the Property Tax Act of 1997, the deadline for payment of Property Tax for the year 2010 is 30th June 2010. Please note that payments made before June 30th 2010, will be given a 5% rebate.

All taxpayers are asked to take note.
